Bus registration Information

1.  Formed must be filled out for your student to be eligible to ride the       

      bus.

2.  Your student will be able to ride the bus 24 hours from form being filled 

      out.

3.  ONE form per student should be filled out per student.

4.  Make sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folder for reply from 

     schdooltransportation.jcs@gmail.com

5.  If your student needs to ride with someone home on the bus, you 

     should notify us ASAP via phone call or email for your student    

     to ride home with another student. 

6.  If your student needs to ride the bus TEMPORARILY the form still has to 

     be filled out.

- The form has an automated response stating we have recieved your form.  This will NOT contain bus information.  You will receive an email with your student(s) information soon as humanly possible.
