Bus registration Information

1.  Formed must be filled out for your student to be eligible to ride the     

     bus.

2.  Your student will be able to ride the bus 24 hours from form being    

     filled out.

3.  ONE form per student should be filled out per student.

4.  Make sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folder for reply from 

     schooltransportation.jcs@gmail.com

5.  If your student needs to ride with someone home on the bus, you 

     should notify us ASAP via phone call or email or TEXT for your      

     student to ride home with another student. 

6.  If your student needs to ride the bus TEMPORARILY the form still has         

     to be filled out.

7.  THE FORM CAN BE EMAILED, TEXT, OR YOU CAN PRINT AND TURN IT   

     INTO BUS BARN MAILBOX.  or CALL US.   Thank you
